Father Christmas is nearly here...Lovely sunny day today in Gib poured down all day yesterday.... so bit miserable.
we were so lucky on Thursday gorgeous sunny day..when we all welcomed Miss World back to Gibraltar it was an amazing day...everyone in Gib must have been there to see her...she looked gorgeous and she is a lovely girl...she has a jam packed year ahead of her going to 50 countries.

Hello Everyone
A wet hello from Gib today first rain for ages...tomorrow we have a very Special day.. you must have heard Gibraltar won MISS WORLD how fantastic is that...she is flying back to Gib tomorrow...she will be driven up the Main street in the car Princess Diana was in when she came on her honeymoon...shops will be closed for this very special occasion.... big firework display in the evening cant wait...

We have had an exciting weekend our Miss Gibraltar has won Miss World YIPEE...well done Kaiane...It has taken place in South Africa..what a home coming she will have.

Penny Black Challenge 77

Hi All

Nice to get back home from UK had great time with family... and friends.. my daughters dog lilly had five puppies the week before i got there they are gorgeous three girls and two boys they are Jack russells and are all doing well lol...The weather was quite kind to me...Highlight was going on Dawn Bibby`s Retreat in a posh hotel..we made some fab cards..and met up with fellow crafters....had a big order from Stampin up some gorgeous stamps have tried a few out....The weather in Gib has been great but yesterday rained all day...today sunny but chilly..well it is the winter.

Another glorious hot day in Gibraltar 29 degs today,Have had a busy week looking after my friends little craft shop,she has an abcess on the cornea and can only see a blur, so she cant craft,read, watch telly,the specialist says its caused from wearing contact lenses, so hope she will soon be on the mend soon.

Monday going to London for couple of days to see two shows and look round London its my birthday treat.

hope you are all well, its been a busy week here in Gibraltar, different things going on, plus it was my birthday on thursday, had a nice trip into Spain it was a really hot day, and we had a gorgeous Indian meal, and on the 5th of October we are going to London another birthday treat, doing two show, Blood Brothers and Les Miserables so looking forward to that.

We have had a miserable wet day today, but great for cardmaking

Today we had the Red Arrows here what a spectacular sight they are amazing, would`nt of missed it for anything.

I am still unpacking my goodies, i bought back from the uk, got some lovely paper packs Basic Grey about 6 new ones and a couple of My Minds Eye ,which i have used on my card this week, i was spoilt for choice.

Hi all

Hope you all have had a good week,our weather is still gorgeous, we have a Fab day on the 10th September "National Day" where we all dress in red and white, a glorious site, then we party, eat ,drink,and generally enjoy ourselves ,we had Status Quo in the evening strutting there stuff and they can, and a large Firework display at 10.30 to finish the day off.

My friend came back with me for a week, she enjoyed but bit to hot for her.

Hi everyone
I have been away to my home town for a week,you should see all my goodies 8 P/Black stamps,Stampin up stamps,Stamping Bella and much much more, i could not bring all of it back to Gib, next visit is November so not long

I had great time with friends and family, the weather not to bad, had a nice day out with my crafting friends husband and wife, to a shop in Evesham it is called Bee Crafty and open on sunday, a really big shop,had a lovely sunday dinner in the town, a walk round the park, a brass band was playing, the sun came out it was a fabulous day.
My friend in Coventry has just got over a nervous breakdown, so i asked her to come back with me for a week, she had a fab time ,it was a bit to hot for her 30degs,so have not been crafting for two weeks or on the computer, so raring to go now, i`ll stop rambling on

The weather here in Gibraltar is still red hot in the 30`s, so crafting in aircon room,I will be going to Coventry my home town on thurs to see my family, and pick up my crafty bits which i have sent to my brother, bought from different internet sites, its like Christmas when i get there,i can`t remember what i have ordered so its a bigger surprise, cant wait!!!

Looked at all my stamps i did`nt have one bug,had loads of Butterflies but not sure if a bug, so went on Pink Petticoat download site, and Hey Presto just what i wanted,as we only have one craft shop in Gibraltar, which belongs to my friend,she did`nt have anything in stock, so very chuffed with my £1.99 purchase, they are very cute images.

Hi Everyone another week gone by and quite excited about doing the challenge and looking at everyone elses.I was out all day in town, as in our big square in Gibraltar we have every year at the same time a Harley Davidson Custom Bikes Rally, what a spectacular sight and the noise they make is tremendous, about a thousand all told not to mention the black leather , it was a super day.
