Christmas Card Club Lizzies Turn!!!!

Hello Everyone
Another gorgeous day here in Gib...19 degs today and for tomorrow.....My Friend Debbie and i have a craft stall at the Church of Scotland in the town ...selling craft...and what most people go for is other peoples rubbish...so we never do that well but we love the time out ....gorgeous homemade cakes and coffee....i sold Eight cards ...Four of which were Mothers Day Cards....i usually badger the men to buy one .....Lol...

Our Little Christmas Club is growing 19 of us now....its just a group of us and every Two weeks we make a Christmas Card...any one can join us ....names are on my side bar... we take it in turns to choose a Theme ...it is Lizzies turn this week...a card with more than one fold ...i hope mine is ok Lizzie????....

Penny Black Challenge 189

Morning Everyone
Hope we are all well...we have got our gorgeous sunny weather back....Phew!!!Last night we went to the pickies to see The Iron Lady...a fabulous film...Meryl Streep was Amazing looked like...spoke like .... and all her mannerism`s ..just like Margaret Thacher if you haven`t seen it ..i recommend it..then when got home i had to finish a wedding card which has been plaguing me ...A Cat Wedding card!!!!! no way i thought ...then i remembered the PB. Stamp..i have used on my Easel card
and i am pleased with the outcome.. The Penny Black Challenge this week is Pearls and Lace....

Less is More 55 Die Cuts or Punches

Hello Everyone
How are we all ....i hope the snow has all gone ..i go back to the UK.on the 27th Feb....so no!!!! i don`t want to see SNOW...i can remember it ...very well....weather here in Gib has changed a bit.. much cooler but still sunny...and a bit cloudy ...we were promised rain for today but it has kept off....so lucky for me i could take my pickie for this weeks Less is More Challenge on the balcony using plenty of Blue ..I am liking the Memory Box Dies...so i have used the Snowflake one ...in Purple and Silver...i have used Purple that much... since we had the Purple Challenge ....the Dies cut Beautifully...Message Marion Emberson ....
I took two pictures on Wednesday morning..as we had Thunder and Lightening ...the Sea and Sky was as black as the Ace of Spades....Pickies Below

Penny Black Challenge This week Theme is Love and Kisses...so i have used another Stickeroo... SU. Embossing folder...great embossing...i love them...PTI. Message which i cut out...Bakers Twine for bow ....Red Stones from Stash...the little heart ..i punch it out embossed with clear Three times...used my Martha Stewart Screw Punch ...to make it like a button...i like the effect although it does not show up on the Pickie....

Hope we are all well...and keeping warm....I have been quite busy today...washing....cleaning ...etc...so didn`t look at Less is More...till late afternoon...and then computer wouldn`t connect to internet but ok now....Stripes!!!!!what shall i do i thought??? ...looked at what other people had done for some inspiration...Of course Mandi and Chrissie...have made some Fabulous cards...then i remembered i have an SU.Stripe stamp...so set to work.with.. I stamped snowflakes in versamark and white embossing powder...stamped some in Silver...Using my ink duster and SU.Bashful Blue Ink Pad.... over the top to make this panel...matted on Silver Mirri...Die cut a Cuttlebug Snowflake in Blue Glitter Card..Card Candy in middle of Smowflake.....

I have made another two cards using Chrissie`s Inking Technique...i am quite please with them both....they say practice makes perfect... The card for the Aqua Challenge for Less is More is a Hero Arts " Weed "stamp ...i have stamped in Versamark...then embossed in "Wow" White Embossing Powder...then Sponged with Versamagic...and Distress inks...over stamped with some Sequin Waste...Sentiment SU.

Fabulous weather in still in Gib... and gorgeous yesterday so we went on a Picnic in Spain the scenery is wonderful......so i am a bit late for my Fabulous Favourite Challenge Less is More ...and Happy Birthday to you One Year Old!!!!!!!
We all get up early to what the Lovely Mandi and Chrissie have in Store for us ....there cards are always stunning...i struggle a bit ...still after all this time ...i think i have missed about four....some i love some i dislike ...but always get some Fabby comments from my Blogging Chums.....
I have made some Fabulous Blogging Friends from all over the World and met quite a few in Person.....i love reading all your comments....
So my card this week is a Love stamp from Penny Black ...used versamark for stamping ...then embossed in White Wow embossing powder...then distress with Broken China Ink...Message Papertry....

St Lukes Hospice Charity Love and Lace

Its time for another St Lukes Challenge St Luke's is a hospice which cares for people aged 18 and above throughout Sheffield who have incurable illnesses. Their aim is always to control the patients symptoms, alleviate pain, and give them the best possible quality of life – all free of charge. It costs £6 million per annum to keep St Luke's open, and government funding, via NHS trusts only provides one third of the funds required, which means the Hospice has to raise a staggering £4 million each year to provide this vital end-of-life care.
The Challenge this month is for a Looove card ....Anniversary....Birthday...Wedding..
My card is for a good friends... Diamond Wedding...60 years what an Achievement...

So it would be lovely if you could join in our Challenge this month...and if you could possibly sent the card to the Hospice to raise funds for this wonderful cause....that would be very much appreciated....Address on the St Lukes Blog....
