Less is More +1

Hello all,
A horrible wet and windy day here in Gib.....so i have not been out...i watched The Voice 4 times on the i player...i think Ruth is my Fav...but they are all soooo good!!!!!
So thought i would make another card for Less is More this week...."Sketch" simple really but i still want to add more ........I have used some more of my Ally Pally Goodies ... Flower Craft Genie Die cuts.... Pink Pan Pastels again Sponged on some embossed card which i also bought... but when i got home realised i had some with my Slice machine from QVC. Sizzix leaf die ...thanks Chrissie for helping me to emboss the nestie on the card ....
Thanks for all your comments on my last card ....you are all so kind the quick and easiest card i think i have ever made....

Morning All

Hope we are all well......it is wet here today in Gib ...but just managed to go on the balcony to take my pickie for this weeks Less is More Challenge....in between the showers...I have used some more of my new goodies which i purchased at Ally Pally.....where i met the lovely Chrissie...

I have use Pan Pastels...wow!!! are these gorgeous or what...love em!!! They are like chalks so creamy they glide on.... Silhouette Flowers Stamps Away Collection....Message a new Penny Black...i am really pleased with my card ...i eagerly await your comments...

Hope we are all well ......still gorgeous here in Gib....but forecast some showers for tomorrow.....
I have already lost all my write up once although thought i had saved...i have gone back to the old way but it is still slightly different.....pickie comes up on the post instead of all that gobbly de gook i sure you don`t spell like that Lol.....why does it keep changing i am to set in my ways...
This challenge i saw on the lovely Sasha`s Blog ...her cards are amazing....take a peep... it is a new one to me !!!!!

Christmas Card Club

Hello Everyone
Another gorgeous sunny day here in Gib....Roy has been out on his canoe....while i have been doing "My Anything but a card" for our Christmas Card Club....just a bunch of us girls making a card every two weeks... if you would like to join in all the names are on my sidebar ......It was Clares turn to Choose what to do !!!!! i was not a happy bunny!!!!!..... I started my project last night finished it at midday today ...making it... as i was watching "The Voice" on the I Player i cried at everyone that sang.... what talented Singers they all are.....I nearly through this box in the bin....i am not that pleased with it !!!!

less is more Charms

Hello EveryoneI am having serious trouble with my blog...it says my browser is no longer supported by Blogger... I clicked on Google Chrome nothing it wouldn`t download...then Dismiss whatever that means...so manage to post card clicking on that....but couldn`t get back to edit and do my write up...I couldn`t wait to see what the Less is More Challenge was Charms that sounds ok.....i thought but wherever i but the love charm it didn`t look right ...so cut the hanging bit of and stuck it on with Glossy accentsIt was Fabulous to meet Chrissie at Ally Pally...and everyone else we all had a ball....Card Recipe Penny Black Stamp..SU. embossing folder...Message and Ribbon....Pearls The Hobby House...Promarkers for Colouring ....I would also like to enter my card ...Penny Black Saturday Challenge No Backing Papers......

Scrapbook Sisters Challenge Wedding

Hi Everyone
It is Fabulous to be back on my Blog.....we all had the most Fantastic time at Ally Pally in London...three of us went from Gib...met up with our Friend Jane who flew down from Scotland....and Felicity from London...whom me met years ago on a crafting holiday in Portugal.. organised by Dawn Bibby....then we met up with my gorgeous friend June who i met at Ally Pally last year and we hit it off straight away...we are both Chatterboxes.. we never stop talking Lol...then i met the lovely Clare...she is sooo nice...and Sue
both off our Christmas Card Club....think you had better get a cuppa....
Then Sunday we were having lunch in the downstairs restaurant...when the door opened and i thought is that Gay..."Mustavcoffee"...so i ran to the door and called Gay and luckily for me it was....so we had a nice hug...and she said i`ve got Chrissie...what Chrissie from Less is More...Yes!!!!! and then there was Jenny..and Vicky ...two of my Special Favourite Card Makers ...the ideas they have ...wish i had some of them...and then the lovely Val....so it was super to meet all these lovely People...oh!!! and i forgot to say Tina ...Sparkly Girl Tina...we just looked at each other and we knew ...who each other was....we had a lovely chat...Leonie who has been a friend for years ...she is sooo nice...and Marion Emberson gorgeous Fun lady....it is a wonder i had time to buy anything....Saturday night we went to see Dreamcoats and Petticoats...60`s Music...we knew all the words Lol...it was a fabulous evening ..finishing off with a fabulous meal....oh Just remembered another friend Lyn another lovely lady we met in Portugal..
I feel so lucky to meet up with all these crafting Friends....i was sooo tired when i got home..and Roy said Angie a friend wants two cards made for tomorrow...What!!!!! anyway i managed them...so my card for the Scrapbook Sisters Challenge is a Wedding card i made for Angie ......

Less is More x Two More

Hello everyone
Fabulous weather here in Gib...so we have been out all day in Spain doing another Geo Cache....A Treasure Hunt with a GPS.....you see some wonderful places ...so if you do not find the treasure it doesn`t really matter...as you go to places you wouldn`t of seen...anyway we did make the find ..it is so exciting...it was hidden in a hole in Olive Tree...
I have made Two more cards for the Less is More Challenge the first one is using Memory Dies....not sure what sentiment to put on maybe Christmas ??? What do you think...i appreciate your comments on this ....
the second one is a card i saw on someones blog..which really isn`t my style...but i kinda like it !!!The three Greens is card from a stack from QVC.Flower punch from Betterware....

Gorgeous day here in Gib...our friend comes on the 6pm. flight so hopefully he will enjoy the nice weather....
I have made Three more cards for the "Three Green Challenge" at Less is More so here is my 2nd offering.....
For my background i took 6 different green leafs using my Big Shot machine but them on some card and ran through machine....and you get this gorgeous background ...i have tried it before with flowers as well...try on different card as you get different looks...this project was in Craft Stamper....using a nestie Die cut out this elegant shape....Message Hero Arts...Butterflies SU. on Green Pearly card...Few pearls to finish.....

Christmas Card Club Black and White

Hello Again
Just finished my card for our little....But growing Christmas Card Club....where 18 off us make a card once every two weeks...on a rota we each choose the Theme ....so if you want to join us ...no pressure...look on my side bar...for Clare or Keryn...they will fill you in with the details...then by Xmas you should have a stack of cards ....Margarets turn to Choose the Theme ...which is Black and White....Hmm!!!! Nice ....
Here is my take on it ..... I have used two Memory Box Dies no Three with the Star ....love Memory Box Dies...they cut out so cleanly....

PBSC. Sing a Long

Morning All
Still mixed weather here in Gib.....got drowned yesterday in Spain....after doing our Geo Caching...a treasure hunt with a GPS..... I WAS THE LUCKY ONE TO FIND IT ....but on the walk back to the car the heavens opened we sheltered under a tree...but then legged it...and we had our picnic in the card...it was cosy!!!!....
Roy sat in the car with his shirt off....two boys passed on there bikes and gave us a look ...bet they thought we were up to some monkey business .....
Right on to the Challenge.....Penny Black for this weeks theme is Sing-a-Long.....so mine is "Wild Thing" ...was a hit for The Troggs in 1966....i thought it was the Rolling Stones ...what do i know...

St Lukes Hospice Challenge

Time for another Challenge for St Lukes Hospice ....
The Hospice is for people under 18 who have incurable illnesses ...so they need all the help that they can get...so by making and sending your card to the Hospice is a great help to them.....so please join in!!!!
