I hope you all have had a good week....Our weather here in Gib...has been on the whole very nice...

As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's in fact the ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years more and weigh on average 42 pounds lighter than we do.

(And by the way, it is not related to genetics or some secret diet and really, EVERYTHING related to "HOW" they are eating.)
