Less is More 38 Polka Dots

Hello All
Hope we are all well...it is a wet day here in Gib....so a great crafting Day....Yesterday tidied my craft stash...threw lots out Ouch!!!!! things i had had for years...so i was very brutal...it looks great now...got up in the night and had a look in my cupboard it looks so nice....
Our Friends were coming from Manchester yesterday....but me had a phone call at 9.30am from Dick and Jenny ...he had terrific pains in his head ..he hadn`t felt well the last couple of days....they couldn`t find any thing wrong at the hospital so they gave him some painkillers....so hence they missed there flight...he is still not right today....they think it might be stress ...he is seeing his own Doc on Monday ....
So we were a bit sad that they wasn`t coming....never mind they will come again later in the year hopefully.......
Less is More Challenge this week is Polka Dots....I Stamped the image on to SU Papers...Stamped again on white card...coloured and Decoupaged

St Lukes Charity Challenge Lets hear it for the Boys

Hello All

St Luke's is a hospice which cares for people aged 18 and above throughout Sheffield who have incurable illnesses. Their aim is always to control the patients symptoms, alleviate pain, and give them the best possible quality of life – all free of charge. It costs £6 million per annum to keep St Luke's open, and government funding, via NHS trusts only provides one third of the funds required, which means the Hospice has to raise a staggering £4 million each year to provide this vital end-of-life care.

This challenge was set up by a St Luke's Supporter who has seen first hand, the amazing care given to patients through St Luke's. The aim is to promote the good work of the charity, provide a fun and welcoming challenge community in which card makers and crafters can come back month after month to play in our challenges, and by sending their cards to the charity, provide a little something to help them keep their doors open.

So, if you feeling creative and want to play along with us, please do - no matter what your age or ability, all are welcome, and if you can "spare" the card you make too, then all the better :-) THANK YOU!

My card for St Lukes is a Birthday card for my Brother who is 70 years young tomorrow...and does`nt look a day over 55 Lol....
So Happy Birthday Bri....sorry i can`t be with him......

Hello All
Still Fab weather her in Gib....sat out in the Square yesterday with Three crafting Friends...Drinking and Nibbling ....only coffee for me ....played Scrabble today with a friend at my local hotel....she goes home tomorrow ....then more friends are coming.......

So also fits in with my fortnightly Challenge where about 13 of us all make a Christmas card ...this time it was lizzie`s choice and she wanted a "Sketch" i have turned mine around a bit...but basically it is the same .....so i am combining

Morning All
Still sunny here in Gib but you can feel the weather is turning....and arn`t the nights drawing in.....My friend Doreen is here from the UK. so plenty of Scrabbling and eating out....
The Challenge for this weeks Less is More is "Cocktails" so looked at my stamps and not very inspired.....then remembered my Digi design....i have used this quite a few times now.....thie picture is not to good as the glare from the sun was right in front of me .......

Christmas Card Club Silver & Blue

Less is More 36

Hello Everyone
Its great to be back... 10 days in the UK ...i was really lucky with the weather.... then Spain for 3 days..no Comp for all that time...What!!!!! so cant wait to get back to my Fave Challenge Less is More "Hearts" Challenge from Chrissie and Mandi ....there cards are Fab as usual....my Stamp for my card...is a new one waiting for me at my brothers along with a few more...only One or Two or Three!!!!!...
I had a Fab time at Ally Pally with my friend June who lives in London....June and John Chauffeured me about Door to Door....as did my two other Friends Andy and Mandy the Crafting Couple.... we had a Fab day in Birmingham i was spoilt rotten....thanks Guys!!!
