Who do you use as your internet provider?
I use Safari or Google Chrome for blogging and Internet Explorer [as it s already programmed in' for everything else
If you download Safari or Google Chrome you may be able to comment that way

I've had a nightmare too, no blog at all Tuesday, Wed, blog back but couldn't comment, finally tonight back on song with folks who are also with Google, but still trouble with none google.
